Eating seafood for Sports
Ingredients
- Extra Tuna Mojama
- Guacamole soft (not spicy)
- Seed cracker with quinoa, chia and turmeric
- EVOO
- Chives or sprouts
Description
In a few minutes, a delicious appetizer with protein, fiber and the umami, vitamins and minerals of oily fish. The guacamole is spread over the seed cracker and a couple of thin slices of extra tuna mojama are placed. At last, some drops of of EVOO & chives or sprouts.
