RETURNS
Our total guarantee means that if anything does not meet with your satisfaction it can be returned during the 4 days following its being delivered. This return can be made by contacting us. A courier will collect the product in question within 24 hours of our being notified.
If you want to return a product, it´s very easy:
- Return the product in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice.
- State the reason for returning the product.
- We will refund the purchase price either by cheque or bank transfer.
- We cannot except returns made by other methods.

SALAZONES GARRE, S.L. offer this completely safe choice of payment thanks to the Virtual TPV method. (Verified Visa – Mastercard SecureCode). You can use direct debit bank cards or credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, 4B, Tarjeta 6000.
The customer account will be debited on confirmation of the order.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER ?
The order will be delivered to the address stated on the order form. Delivery cannot be made to a Post Box Number. The delivery will be made approximately 24-28 hours after the order is confirmed.
