  • Very finely chopped coriander

  • Garum fish sauce

Description

A delicious pizza prepared by the Head Chef at Trattoria Acacia at La Torre Golf Resort. The homemade pizza dough is stretched, spread with EVOO and covered with grated mozzarella di bufala. Peeled cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves are added. To finish, 4 small spoonfuls of garum fish sauce are placed evenly over the entire surface. It is cooked in the oven at maximum temperature.
