Caprese Salad with garum fish sauce

- Muxamiel tomato
- Mozzarella di Bufala
- Garum Fish Sauce
- EVOO
- Balsamic vinegar
- Very finely chopped coriander
- Fresh basil leaf
Description
A very healthy salad, one of the gastronomic symbols of Italy, characteristic for its color combination, prepared by the Head Chef of Trattoria Acacia at La Torre Golf Resort. The slices of muxamiel tomato, mozzarella di bufala and fresh basil leaves are interspersed. It is seasoned with a mixture of EVOO with a touch of balsamic vinegar and very finely chopped parsley and ends with the umami of a tablespoon of garum sauce that gives it the iodized flavor of the sea.
