Description
A tasting to focus on the flavors and textures that we carried out in the first edition of the Carrefour Innovation Fair, May 2022 at IFEMA (Madrid). A few pieces of garden raf tomato and Adora tomato (a variant of raf pata negra tomato), slices of bonito and extra tuna mojama with drops of EVOO. All we need to enjoy the best of the land and the sea.
