Bonito (Sarda sarda) loins cured in pure sea salt from San Pedro del Pinatar, cleaned & dried using artisanal millenary methods from the Mar Menor.
Top-quality salt cured and dried bonito loins, as tasty as it is healthy as it has a large amount of protein and beneficial fats such as omega 3 acids. Its loins have a smooth consistency and are ideal to combine with artichokes, tomatoes, olives, pickles and nuts in the preparation of very nutritious salads. It is also used to make different recipes in the preparation of nigiri and other types of sushi.
