Description

The roman artichoke hearts are filled with minced extra tuna mojama and ling roe cut into very small cubes. This picadillo is mixed with the mayonnaise sauce and very small pieces of black olive and semi-dried tomato. To finish, it is crowned with sprouts and a semi-dried tomato.
