Toast with Cantonales Garre
Ingredients
- Bread with seeds
- Extra tuna mojama
- Ling roe
- Eggplant
- Pepper
- Onion
- Tomato
- EVOO
Description
Slices of bread are toasted in the oven until golden brown. A base of escalivada is placed on the toast, which is prepared with roasted vegetables (aubergine, pepper, onion, garlic and tomato). On the escalivada add the extra tuna mojama and the ling roe previously cut into small cubes, chopped chives and a few drops of EVOO. To finish, it can be sprinkled with intense flavored ling roe bottarga.
