  • EVOO

  • Mullet roe Bottarga Smooth Flavour

Description

A delicious pizza easy to prepare. The homemade pizza dough is stretched, brushed with EVOO and covered with grated mozzarella di bufala mixed with very thinly sliced onion rings. Add the fresh basil leaves, the quartered artichoke hearts and sprinkle with mild flavored mullet roe bottarga. It is cooked in the oven at maximum temperature.
