  • Bottarga extreme flavor (grated tuna roe)

Description

Place the slices of mozzarella di bufala on a toast of baked bread. A few drops of EVOO are placed on the mozzarella, some fresh basil leaves and finally covered with some very thin slices of tuna roe and sprinkled with the extreme flavor bottarga (grated tuna roe) to increase the potency of the flavor of the sea.
