Fresh Goat cheese with dried salt Roe

Ingredients:

200g fresh goat cheese or Brie.
50g of finely sliced dried salted roe (mullet, ling or tuna).
Olive oil.
Parsley or mint to decorate.

 

Preparation:

Cut the cheese into thick slices. Place on serving dish. Place the roe on top.

Decorate with parsley or mint. Drizzle a little oil on top.
