Spaghetti with Mujol (mullet) Roe and Walnuts

Ingredients:

400 g spaghetti.
80g ground walnuts.
2 crushed cloves of garlic.
80g grated Mujol roe.
Fresh dill.
Olive oil, salt and pepper.

 

Preparation:

Cook the spaghetti. Meanwhile, gently fry the garlic and nuts til golden. Add a little of the water from the pan of cooked pasta. Season with salt, pepper and dill. Drain the pasta. Add a little olive oil, the garlic and nut mixture and the grated roe. Mix well and serve immediately.
