Cantonales of Mojama and Maruca (dried salted ling) Roe
Ingredients:
150 gr. mojama.
150 gr. maruca roe.
100ml. good quality olive oil.
1 box mini toasts or slices of chapata type bread.
Preparation:
Dice the mojama and ling roe as small as possible. Mix in a bowl with the olive oil. Prepare a tray for serving. Put the mixture on each round and arrange on the tray.
