GARRE guarantees the quality of all their products. Our quality control department checks all the production before it´s offered to the clients. Rigorous tests maintain the level of quality as our objective is to offer the highest quality and to guarantee that you will be completely satisfied whenever you buy any of our salted fish products.
RETURNS
Our total guarantee means that if anything does not meet with your satisfaction
it can be returned during the 4 days following its being delivered. This
return can be made by contacting us. A courier will collect the product
in question within 24 hours of our being notified.
If you want to return a product, it´s very easy:
- Return the product in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice.
- State the reason for returning the product.
- We will refund the purchase price either by cheque or bank transfer.
- We cannot except returns made by other methods.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER ?
The order will be delivered to the address stated on the order form. Delivery cannot be made to a Post Box Number. The delivery will be made approximately 24-28 hours after the order is confirmed.
